        Very bad service or options they provide to fix or repair anything. make sure to get all the details before getting the insurance from here. I have been paying insurance for last 13 years and my roof started leaking just now, so they didnt give me any GOOD option to fix the leak and repairs the roof afterwards. Apparently roof leak repair can only be done if it is related to water/heater or electrical but NOT plumbing. if they find the issue they fix the plumbing if not then you are on your own to repair the hole on the roof. Plumbing is the main issue for most of the leaks. Very bad experience dealing with this insurance
