Customer service is horrible. We were asking for availability of different sizes. Instead of helping, she was disrespectful and we felt rushed. We left the store not buying anything because of her attitude. Avoid store, better options and customer service available at the mall and elsewhere.

Went in to buy a tie. Wasn't quite sure would go well with sportjacket I have. Asked if it was exchangeable for another tie. Salesperson tells me ties and underwear are not exchangeable. Underwear I can understand but ties? Walked out. Would never buy anything there.

I would give a zero to this store. The customer service is horrible. I went there to exchange items that were too big for my husband. When there was an item I couldnt find in his size. She just responded, no refunds and said I needed to find something else. Why am I forced to buy something that is not to my liking when there was an item that was not his size and I asked for a small but they said we dont have it, choose something else. I will be contacting my lawyer and customer protection. This is insane, and unheard of. I highly recommend you take your money somewhere else.
