        Not the first negative encounter. Once they let me wait for 20 mins in the waiting room before telling me that the appointment is canceled because the doctor has covid. Yesterday morning the secretary called me to tell me to come at 6:45pm instead of 7pm, I came at 6:30pm, THE CLINIC WAS CLOSED. Left a voice message, not even an apology. (Mind you that i live in south shore and they know that.) Absolutely no respect for their clients time. Not professional. At all.
