I've purchased a fireplace for a new construction in 2022 from Nergiflex and have been utterly dissapointed with their service. They were unable to deliver the fireplace in the timeframe promised (even though I ordered it nearly 6-months before it needed to be installed). Once they did come to install it, they had to come back multiple times (over the period of a few months) to install missing or broken pieces. I constantly had to call/email to try to get them to come back, and every time I was given dates way far out. To this day, my fireplace still does not work and they are not able to send someone to take a look for another month. I would not recommend Nergiflex.

No after sale service! After paying almost $2000, I had to keep chasing after them to receive my product. They dont allow pick up, delivery only, they charged me $250+tax for delivery. One of the pieces arrived severely scratched, and they refuse to replace it. I told them I will report them to local consumer protection authority, then they send me a replacement piece, after making multiple emails and phone calls to chase after them. Buyer beware! Take your money somewhere else to avoid all the unnecessary trouble.
