Came here for my first time to get a membership. The girl working at the desk was very unhelpful. I was seated at the desk to get my membership and had to ask the girl for help but every time I came up to her, she was on her phone. And when she did answer my questions, she was not helpful, Un informative, judgmental, and clearly didnt care about my service. Overall, the gym itself is fine but the staff is immature and unpleasant. I almost canceled my membership because of how poorly treated I was by the staff.

Unacceptable! I am a platinum member, I pay the extra few dollars a month to have the privilege of using the showers. The showers are disgusting, full of bandaids, hair and who knows what. The mens changing room has only one faucet to wash your hands and the soap dispenser has been empty and broken for almost a month. I dont understand how the other Econofitness gyms are exceptionally cleaner, well maintained and organized. This location definitely needs a makeover and a new management team! I find its unfair for those who pay and come regularly under these circumstances.
