Over the last 3 years, Personal Touch has cared for mom. As we all know, 2 of those years were the Covid years Understanding how isolation can have such a horrible impact on the elderly, they went above and beyond to keep the residents not only safe, but comfortable, secure and healthy. Recently, mom became very ill and wished to stay at her residence in palliative care as opposed to a specialized facility. Personal Touch was in constant communication with moms healthcare team and followed through with each change in medication, creams and hygiene routines. I credit personal Touch, Jasmine and her team of LPN and PSW in keeping mom alive and smiling almost 2 years longer than expected. Under the direction of Jasmine and Daniella, each person caring for mom, made sure she had what she needed when she needed it. To the entire team of Personal touch, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the exceptional kindness, compassion, dedication and professionalism you showed mom and our family! I recommended Personal touch, even for basic care, they pay attention to every detail with unwavering commitment.
