        I am happy with the recent heat pump and furnace installation. Blair was upfront with everything and if in need of an explanation he was extremely knowledgeable about the products.Since I was not in a rush, everything from the estimate all the way to the installation was smooth. The two installers that came to do the work were professional, clean and very knowledgeable as well. The office staff were great and easy to deal with. I recommend the A1 agences techniques team.
