        Seriously, no exaggeration the worst company I have ever dealt with. We purchased a $50k dehumidifier. The product has had several operational problems and the service is non-existent. Here's a quote from their "service" dept: "We are severely short-staffed at present and the call volume of late is extremely high so the contractor should be prepared for an extended wait for tech support. Unfortunately we are not able to make recommendations on a service provider, but any licensed HVAC contractor will be able to service the equipment." That ws the response we got BTW, I recognize one of the Google reviewers here, Cody Trenholme, as a DAS employee we've interacted with so I wouldn't be surprised if the 5 star reviews are all planted.
