Expensive stuff with cheap quality. We ordered two chairs with inclining back as those were supposed to be used for doing eyebrows.but the chairs were 3 weeks delayed. They were saying me that they have same issue at Vancouver port. All their stuff us delayed. I completely understand that. But I had my new salon inauguration so I requested them to provide me two extra chairs till the time being my order didn't arrive. They were ready to give but they were providing me hairdressing chairs with low back I explained their representative that I need them for doing eyebrows. How can I do it with such a low back support. And he answered that these so called "hairdressing chairs" are the only options they provide you their clients when there is a delay in delivery. Also, they donot even agreed to make a free delivery. I didn't took those chairs as they were of my no use. Finally when the chairs arrived, I started taking clients on it, the chairs always moved as the base was not strong enough. When we ordered the chairs, the salesperson told us that we can change it if we donot like it but when I contacted hime afterwards, he told me that this is the only thing we can get in this much money. If we need a more strong chair it's double the price. Like why you didn't tell me that thing when I was purchasing it? Really poor customer service Definitely, never ever recommended
