Lentrepreneur sest dfendu en disant que cela tait indiqu dans mon contrat avec CJC et que javais accept que des trous de clous soient apparents sur un panneau de finition qui se trouve un endroit central dans ma nouvelle cuisine. En fait rien dans le contrat nindique quil y aurait un tel risque, mais une note avait t inscrite dans lun des deux plans qui mavaient t remis. En aucun temps ceci avait t discut avec la designer et aucun plan ne ma t fait signer, seulement le contrat avec CJC. Je trouve cela trs mesquin de la part de cette entreprise de mettre des notes sur lun des deux plans sur certains risques de dfaut important, sans en discuter avec le client et lui faire signer ces plans. Faites attention si vous faites affaire avec cet entrepreneur, lisez attentivement toutes les notes sur vos plans, car il peut y avoir de linformation cache qui ne sera pas divulgue lors de la consultation avec la designer. Je nai reu aucune aide et aucun ddommagement de la part de cette entreprise aprs mtre plainte du problme.
