They are sooooooooo unprofessional. Right after I paid they dissappeared. I sent hundrets of emails and called them so many times but never got a reply. Four months past before I had any news for my staff. I would never recommend them.

please pay your bill!! This company does not pay their bills. I have done work for them on a few occasions. It was like pulling teeth to get money but I would eventually get paid. Now they owe me over $5800.00 and they refuse to take my phone calls. They never answer the phone, they lie repeatedly. This is money I have paid to the government so I can not get it back! I know Sandy collected the money up from from her clients, she just did not pay me. Stay away!!!!!

I am trying to organize a class action lawsuit against these dishonest people . HELP ! If anyone has had to deal with a LONG LONG wait with getting their stuff through this company ....and has received your belongings in the end , please contact me at arodgers66 at g mail I am just wondering how you came about finding your stuff and or did it just show up ? In case some of you might not realize , G.O.T. has declared bankruptcy . Not sure if this company is truly a shipping company or not . They will come and take your stuff away....and glad to take your money , but after that the lack of communication is unreal ! Refusing to give any kind of information out on the status of the shipment .Told us the shipment could be tracked when they came to pick up our belongings , but once they had taken it away this story changed . Said our belongings should arrive in 35 - 40 days. It has been OVER 130 days now and still nothing....plus now they refuse to reply to phone calls and emails. WHATEVER YOU DO , DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BELONGINGS.......YOU MAY NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!

We used this company to ship our furniture from montreal to Dubai. We had a door to door service paid upfront. The service at the beginning with sandra was top nutch and thats why we chose this company. The wrapping of our things was great with stacy also. However once we reached Dubai and were expecting our stuff to arrive on a specific date everything changed....they wouldnt reply to our emails nor phone calls to give us updates on the shipment, we kept trying to get any information from them for about a month and then we discovered that our stuff had been at the port for 37 days and accumulating port storage and demurage fees. We couldnt even get our things out by ourselves because they wouldnt give us the required documents to do so. After about 2 months of going back and forth we were able to get our stuff out by ourselves paying about 7000$ in penalties to the port. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES they seem so nice at the beggining but they end up being so unprofessional once they receive their payment
