This company was recommended by our hotel as we needed antigen tests no more than one day before returning to the U.S. You schedule a time for them to come directly to your hotel for a rapid test. The nurse they sent was wonderful and efficient. The "office" itself is an absolute mess. It seems very shoddy. The directions on the form you fill out state your appointment isn't confirmed if you don't pay using the link they send. They never sent the link. I followed up by email and they asked for my hotel address and room number, information that I had already filled out on their own form!? You have to fill out some contact info before the test which I did. They ask for all the details for any additional tests/person be squeezed into a comment section box. After I received my results, they emailed me asking for the information for the second person. That I had already added to their form! Which they would have had to read to get my DOB, passport number, etc.? They asked me to fill out this form again for the second person. It's been over an hour since the test and my emails are not being answered and no one picks up at the phone number provided. Just beyond unprofessional and janky. Avoid.
