The management of this clinic is not the best. The doctors dont honour the time of appointments. We showed up on time with our child with high fever and they kept us waiting 2.5h in the hallway, and kept taking patients who were not here when we arrived, even taking in some who came 2h after us. when we complained they just said that their appointment time was before ours. So shortly if you have an appointment for example at 1pm, and you come 2h later, like around 15h, they will still give priority to someone who was not on time. They dont prioritize small kids, they just use the list. I dont recommend this clinic and will stay away from it.

I had an emergency and needed a Covid-19 PCR test to be done before Monday. Saturday morning I called this lab and got an excellent service by Ligia. She was very attentive and cordial. Test results got sent to my e-mail address in less than 30hrs. Thank you again Ligia !!!!

Do not count on them honoring your appointment. Arrived at 7:30 am to an appointment that was confirmed by email and phone the day before. There was a note on the door saying that on this date the clinic only opens at 10am... Went to "go test rapid" that has a drive through 5 mins away instead and was in and out in less than 5 mins. I do not recommend Dynacare.
