Un gros 0.... temps d'attente trs long.... nous avons appeler plus de 8 fois pour des bombonnes d'oxygne sans retour et l'hpital du s'en mler. Nous avons eu une panne de courant et la grosse bombonne d'oxygne est vide et avons appeler en urgence. La rponse t appeler l'ambulance si vous avez pu de petite bombonne nous ferons une commande pour vous lundi (panne de samedi dimanche).... Ils offrent des services o la vie de personnes en dpend et c'est leur rponse..... pas trs fort! I had an issue with my CPAP machine and Tara went above and beyond to help me. When you use a CPAP machine, you are so dependant on it and any problems that arise can cause so much anxiety. She was knowledgable, insightful and extremely accommodating and was able to resolve my issue in one phone call!
