    Its obscene how miserable the Post Canada manager is. Unless one can present a legal document that states that a photo I.D. is necessary to present to retrieve my paid package, I dont see what the dilemma is. She was not even professional about handling the situation. Its horrid client service, and just plain evilness. She evidently does not know her laws to which I kindly informed her of. She couldnt even present the said legal document she claimed to have that stated such supposed false information. Thank you and have a good day xxx
