I tried to give them another chance but they just cannot deliver the services they claim to be providing. I've wasted a lot of time waiting for orders that don't arrive.....

Pocket pills have been doing a great job. Conveniance of having an app to control all your medication is very much needed nowadays and somehow they have been great at it. Wish weekends were also working but good they get some time off . You can see all your medications and prescription sent by which doctors etc. and also you can get in pocket packs

Great service and their pillpocket app is definitely a great advantage and so easy to use. Right from your phone you can make sure you get your prescriptions delivered to you seamlessly and in a very reasonable time !

Before leaving the country on vacation I called them not once but twice days apart to put my prescription delivery on pause knowing I would be leaving the country and that they don't listen to you the first time you tell them to do something. They went ahead and charged my card and scheduled delivery anyway while I am away from the country. I check the online portal and it says the order was scheduled to be filled by 22 days from today so in what universe does it make sense to ship 22 days earlier than the fill-by date? Texting back to please reverse the charge cost me extra money in phone charges. I had another prescription that they auto-renewed with my doctor which his office subsequently charged me for, even though I told them I would have the doctor send them the prescription renewal following my upcoming appointment with him. It has been a nightmare dealing with these people, I am cancelling all my prescriptions and moving them to a physical pharmacy, it was a huge hassle and waste of my time because no matter what you ask them nor how many times, they will not listen and honour your request they will just do whatever they like. I deeply regret using them and advise anyone considering to run the other way.
