Precision Home & Office Deliveries

I ordered several items from Bureau en Gros using your service 3 days ago. I have been waiting 3 days and now told there is a delay at your end and need 2 more working days. It's Good Friday today and guess I won't get my package till sometime next week. Will pick up my items next time or buy elsewhere from a place with the budget for FedEx or Canada Post!

Staples has the information they delivered but is not true. They give false information about hours. They said they came in business hours, but they deliver part of the packages after 6pm. But recorded different in the tracking. And that they delivered today around 1pm but no one knocked the door or called me to the phone in the order (I go nothing! I lose something for a value of more than 130 dollars. I dont understand from where is the PRECISION in the name...
