I had 2 kids stay here during their Cegep years. It was a pretty good experience for both. Unfortunately, they do not allow the students from Vanier to rent the studio rooms, so your experience depends on the roommate you get. We have been lucky, mostly. It's a quick walk to Vanier and to the metro. Shopping is also close by. There's a public pool also within a 5 minute walk. Security 24/7. Friendly and accommodating staff. It's a great first place for anyone unfamiliar with city life.

Il faut faire attention avec les frigos car les conglateurs accumulent vite de la glace et sont pratiquement inutilisables. Les laveuses fonctionnent avec une application qui ncessite une carte de crdit et les scheuses sont peu performantes, il faut prvoir au moins 2 cycles de schage pour avoir du linge sec. En ce qui concerne la vie de rsidence, c'est excellent avec les espaces communs. Je vous conseille trs srieusement avant d'amnager d'apprendre sur vos droits en tant que locataires; l'administration a tendance briser certaines rgles, dont entrer chez les rsidents sans pravis (arriv deux reprises pour ma part).
