We were told they would be with us every step of the way , the process would be painless. The project manager was either fired or quit and we were never told despite calling daily/weekly to find out when they were coming back to start the restoration part of the process after they tore up our house. After 15 calls to our insurance and after leaving a review online we were told wed have to wait 5 MONTHS for follow up. Ridiculous.. they werent transparent, they didnt support us and they clearly put our needs at the bottom of their list after we complained. Read the reviews of this company and STAY AWAY.. really unfortunate. We had high hopes when we started with them.
