I ordered two beautiful double doors with rain glass to replace an old front door. The service was amazing. Alex listens to what you are looking for, helps you to select everything and isnt pushy. The install was meticulous and tidy. Whether you need windows or doors I would definitely feel good telling you to go see Alex. It was a pleasure!

My review has nothing to do with the quality of the window what-so-ever; more so customer service. Ordered a new patio door for my apartment in the plateau end of March. I informed them this was tied to a much larger project going on in the building and it would be needed by end of summer. They assured me I'd have it by July. July has come and gone and not even so much as a phone call or email. September rolls around, I ask for a status update and receive the generic "your patio door is still in production and will contact you once its ready to be shipped". Its now one week away from November and they still can't tell me where I sit in the queue, despite numerous requests for an update. 8 months from my original order date and 4 months beyond the agreed upon install time frame . . . . and counting. UPDATE April 2023. The company did correct everything and made it 100% right

Very happy with the end results. From the first contact , this firm is highly professional. It took 1 day to changed 12 windows. Everyone was nice, friendly and skill worker. They even cleaned after. Special thanks to Sasha ( team leader and contact person) always there to answer my questions. Thank you very much, would recommend to everyone!!! Diego

I met with Sasha, he took all the time to explain the quality of windows, work and time lines ahead. The pricing was better then the competitors. The windows arrived earlier then expected. The quality of windows was excellent. The installers arrived 730 am by 8 am the floors were covered with sheets and they were removing the old windows. Installation for 7 large windows and 1 patio was door was done by 4 pm. The head installer went above and beyond to fix the patio door floor as it was leaking from the old installation. I highly recommend Factory Direct and especially Sasha and his team. They all went above and beyond.
