Called them to fix my water-based central heating that they had serviced prior years. After 2 hours, they couldn't find what the issue was, and said I should replace the pump (that they had installed upside-down a year before). Technician made me wait 15 minutes outside while they filled in the bill, and charged me 40$ for a piece of duct tape. They had me waiting for 7 days without heating before calling me back. I had to argue with them to prove that the pump was still under warranty. I solved the problem myself - all I had to do was turn off and on the pump, and purge the radiators. Either they are crooks, or they are blatantly incompetent.

The receptionist Is lovely and very very helpful, she managed to send me a technician in the following days and he was very professional too. Prices are expensive but not more than any other companies and the problem was solved in one day. I would recommend this company to anyone!! Thank you :)

These clowns are the worst. Very long story short: ordered an AC unit which was promised to be delivered up to 8 weeks back in May. We expected it to be delivered in July or August. It came in JANUARY. We had to contact on multiple occasions for updates and they are never proactive about letting us know what's going on. We've asked for some compensation, but they refused. No one should be doing any business with these people.

Leur facturation est galement frauduleuse avec des cots "d'outils" pour 40$ pour utiliser leur propre tournevis... C'est compltement ridicule. Les suivis de la gestionnaire principale Magdalena sont mauvais et BEAUCOUP TROP LONGS, c'est impossible de leur parler alors que les agents tlphoniques ne font que laisser un message sans que Magdalena ne retourne jamais les appels avant plusieurs semaines, et les techniciens tentent simplement de facturer le plus possible chaque appel de service. Je recommande fortement d'viter cette compagnie.
