The experience began pleasantly but has now turned sour. The paint has started chipping/fading on the purchased crib. (it is 5 months old) I contacted the store and spoke with Patricia who then advised the warehouse will contact me. 2 weeks went by and no reply. I called back and Patricia advised the representative Vanessa was ill but now back at work and would contact me in 24-48 hours; that was over a week ago. I am now calling the store and there is never an answer. They used to always answer before so I sense they are ignoring my number. My next step is to present myself in store. Very disappointed in the customer service post purchase.

This is the second time Ive purchased a bedroom set for my child from this store. First time was in 2017. 0 issues still in amazing condition until today. I bought this set in January 2020 for my second daughter. Paint started chipping and peeling off the dresser and the crib. Contacted Pali who have someone from this store contact me to tell me due to COVID the person that would Come fix it can not right now because we are in a red zone. This was maybe October/ November 2020. They said they would call me back to follow up. Ive not heard from Anyone. My cousin has the EXACT same issues as me with her crib and dresser. I dont know if the quality of their products have changed but when you pay 2000$ for a crib and dresser I expect more. Ive emailed them 4-5 time in the past 4 weeks and no one is responding.... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE

I would recommend Mondo Bebe as it is a very clean establishment and also the product we have from them is excellent and also there was a mix up but they rectified it immediately and I left there very satisfied with their business
