My experience with the customer service at ReefSupplies Canada was disappointing. I had sent them an email with a question regarding my order, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response from them. It was frustrating as I needed assistance with my order.

I've recently started up a reef system and stumbled on this business. They Deliver fast and prices are competitive. On one occasion I received an incorrect Item. I called and they rectified the issue immediately and to boot received the correct item the next day. This place provides fast deliveries and if you need to talk to them regarding any issue, they are there for you. Quite Impressed! I will definitely continue giving them my business. Denis L.

Fast shipping, competitive pricing (mostly), customer service needs some work and a re-vamp of the entire reward points system and price match. Customers want reward points that are beneficial, a 1% return on purchases isnt even enough for me to log in to my account to save the points. Price matching makes no sense.. its a rebate of the difference in price between said item and an advertised item however you only get a store credit for the difference. Yes its better than nothing but forcing me to spend the savings in your store is just annoying and misleading. Do your shopping as many online stores ship identicle items.
