I really like these products, but they are quite pricey. The packaging is very nice, and the branding is beautiful. I really appreciate the effort in being environmentally friendly. I was really surprised at how lovely the face cream is, and though I haven't tried the scrub yet, it smells heavenly! I would definitely recommend giving this company a try.

I was excited to make a purchase from this company after doing some research on toothpaste tablets and seeing their product was one of the better choices available. When going through the checkout process, I noticed that shipping would be $9.99 (my total was $20 before taxes and shipping). Their pop up window indicated that orders over $30 include free shipping. So I proceeded to contact a few friends and convinced another friend to try their products too. She chose what she wanted and I added it to my cart bringing me to $47 before taxes and shipping. However when I went to check out, Shipping was still $9.99? Why was it not $0.00? I assumed there may be a glitch (these things happen) and so went on the site to find the contact us page. I initiated a chat with their customer service bot on the website .I was informed that their free shipping had changed to only orders over $50 and their developers were in the process of updating the site. I asked if they would honour the $30 in this instance since it was still active on their platform. I also indicated this was sort of a bad customer experience - a bit of bait and switch. I proceeded to get no response and after 10 minutes the chat disconnected. I am super disappointed. I wanted to shop local. I wanted to be more sustainable. But this is just a terrible customer service experience. As a small business owner I understand how google reviews can impact your business, so if I hear back from the company about this I will be happy to revisit and update my review.
