I had the pleasure of speaking with Diane. She verified that they had the boot I wanted in stock, in my size. She was super friendly and I could see that she really cares and wants to help her customers. She provided me with outstanding service and I would say went above and beyond. This is a super honest business. I live in Ontario but was looking for somewhere new to shop - customer service is very important to me and she met and exceeded my expectations. I received my new boots very quickly. Thank you so much Diane! Ill definitely be shopping here again one day.
