My husband and I were referred to Marco in order to sell our duplex. Marco is a very professional, available and knowledgeable real estate agent. He helped us determine a price that was not considered overpriced but competitive with the actual market. This helped us immensly to get our property sold in less than 3 weeks! Today's market in our area is challenging with multiple properties that look similar. He helped us make ours stand out. Also, he was present at each home visits, and even after the sale, was present to help us with an electrician referral so that we can fullfil our sale conditions and was even present at the notary to ensure that the process went smothly. For the purchase of our new property, we also went with Marco. He made the experience fun and enjoyable for us even though we are in a seller's market. We were lucky to have Marco's knowledge of the present real estate market and his understanding of older homes. He was easily able to spot a home with problems and a home that had much potential. His comments and advice didn't fall in a deaf ear.
