Very pleased to have had AK Inspection do my inspection on my first purchase here in Canada. Adil was a friendly and thorough home inspector, was very detailed, patient, and explained everything every step of the way. He promptly provided a the report the next day that broke down everything that needed to be addressed, as well as long-term maintenance tips. The report was shared with us the next day.
