I needed a set of struts to replace blown coilovers on my USDM Legacy Spec. B, and after looking through various JDM suppliers and their reviews, I decided to settle on JDM Racing Motors as they had the best ratings, decent prices and free shipping. After checking their site, I found that they had the exact parts I wanted in great condition (JDM Spec. B Rev. C struts) but the front and rear struts were swapped between two listings with JDM GT Rev. C struts (one listing had the Spec. B fronts with the GT rears meanwhile the other had the GT fronts with the Spec. B rears). I contacted Nick via email and pointed out the mismatch between the listings, and requested to only purchase the Spec. B Rev. C struts. I especially underlined the part numbers to ensure I could get what I wanted. He responded to me a day later saying that he would fulfill my request, and that I would only put one order in for one of the listings then he would sort out the rest. After putting my order in, it did take a few days to be shipped out. I called Nick two days after placing my order and he said that he had already given them to UPS and that they were on their way. The next day I received a tracking number from UPS, and another three days later the suspension was delivered to my door! The packages were tightly packed and difficult to open to avoid any damage during shipping. On the phone, Nick had also told me that he sent me the front struts on the listing I specified, but sent a set of Spec. B rears from a different listing as they were cleaner. After opening the packages, the condition of the struts were exactly as I was told - they looked almost new save for some road dust on the bottom. No oil leakage just like the pictures showed too. And the part numbers were exactly what I specified! I got the struts installed without any issues at a local mechanic, and they're exactly what I wanted in terms of damping and ride comfort! While I was a little worried as a first-time buyer about the wait with the tracking number not being sent shortly after the order, Nick was more than willing to respond to my concern over the phone and in the end I got exactly what I needed. I'm very glad that he accommodated my request of combining the struts from two different listings to get the correct set. Don't hesitate to contact him if you have any questions or requests.
