Purchased two motors(ej253 and FB25) in march of 2023. I received both as promised and up to that point it was a great experience. However the problem came when one of the motors had a bunch of rust in the head. I contacted Mike and told him about it to which he responded "that's normal, it happens in shipping". oddly enough the other motor didn't have any rust in it. We were told will be a direct swap and wasn't, a lot of parts didn't match the motor that came out of the car. but that's not the big issue. The issue is the FB25 consumes 1L of oil per 1500K that's crazy talk for a motor that "should" have less the 90k on it. But no worries right because they say that they have warranty. after trying to contact Mike for several days, he eventually blocked my number. then I emailed him, still no response. then I called there toll free line, hey would you look at that someone answered, oh but Mike conveniently wasn't there and I was told to call back at 10am. I did and have called almost every day but now no one answers. all I'm asking is for them to hold to there warranty. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this company.
