On our first night heading from Ontario to Newfoundland,we stayed at this historic,well maintained,very clean and comfortable B&B.Pierre was a perfect host and spoke English well.He recommended dining choices for us to choose.Our room was large comfortable ,lovely linens and well equipped.There is a beautiful view of the St Lawrence and Laurentians from this large property.Breakfast was filling,delicious and beautifully prepared.He recommended homemade Creton,French pork spread on our toast and it was delicious.I even made a point of finding the required spices and recipe for this.There is not a privat bathroom,but the bathroom is close to the bedroom,large,modern,2 sinks,Separate tub and large shower.It was a non issue during our stay,not to have a private bathroom.I would recommend staying here and hope to return sometime again.Thank you Pierre.Jamie and DebbyKitchener,Ontario

Fantastic B&B! I stayed here for one night on my way from PEI to Ontario. The location was the perfect halfway point and right off the highway. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe staying here. Pierre was a warm, welcoming host and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciated that he communicated with guests in both English and French. Overall, a very clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay!
