This is not a poutine! These people have created a symbiosis between the perfect fries, the perfect gravy and oh man!, them curds! Soo delicious! Although Im a bit of a purist when it comes to poutine, I had to try their creations and boy do they have it or what! A little on the expensive side which is understandable but worth every penny! I wish theyd have a location closer to where I live although its probably not a bad thing. I hold you guys responsible for ruining all other poutines I thought was really good! Hands down the best in the world for me!
