        Parking too far for visitors and a joke as very little spots will be available I pity people having guests over,only parking is in back streets, front entrance ,ahh there is none. Luxury place with no appeal no lounge or sitting area super small no open concept horrible design all around, extremely long corridors to get to garage or entrance. Exercise room facing back parking lot all windows great for peeping Toms .totally open to passerby. Like I want to be seen at my worst.why not do this top floor view of water.place is ridiculous! Over priced, cheap cabinetry,zero pizzazz in hallways, doors .need a service to drive u to front entrance if ur a visitor, from parking to persons door allow 15 min and good shoes.
