C'tait dcevant tout comme le rouleau de printemps qui manquait un petit kick de saveur. La soupe aux pois n'tait pas assez cuite et prsente un peu de faon dconstruite...assez dcevante. Pour ce qui est du dessert, l'ide de la roue est intressante avec le sarrasin et le pollen mais j'aurais prfr qu'elle soit servie chaude. Toutefois, cela reste un beigne, rien se jetter par terre. Je vous recommande donc d'attendre au prochain menu dcouverte! P.s. quand le client indique que les pois ne sont pas assez cuits et qu'on vous affirme que le chef vous donne raison, il serait peut-tre de mise d'offrir sur le bras de la maison une lgre compensation.     Great tasting menu!! It was worth every penny. We were worried that it was going to be a lot of smaller plates but they were decently sized and we were very full by the end of it. The flavours that came out of the plates were unlike anything we had ever tasted before. Such a great experience. We were there on a Sunday in January and we were the only table in the restaurant. This must be a hidden gem as the food and ambiance was excellent.

    Delightful place! The food is fresh and delicious, and definitely love going there for a lovely meal and a peaceful time on the outskirts of the city. They usually have fresh complimentary bread with freshly homemade butter. Definitely would recommend
