Don't bother... They damaged my sofa and brushed it off saying it was already there as if I don't know what damage was done on my new sofa especially when I live alone... I sent emails with description and many photos of what pieces on my 3500$ sofa that needed to be replaced and i got a quote of 350$ to change the pieces. I ordered the pieces myself and once I got them i notified them via email. I get a phone call saying its 100$ more cuz the guy made a mistake on pricing even though it was written clearly and with photos of damage. I said fine let's do it cuz I want it done. At the end i noticed a big hole cause from the guy sliding my couch on the plywood floor. Later on i noticed more damage proving that it was him cuz i never had my couch laying flat on its back and then draggin it. There is little damage on opposite side and on the new piece i ordered to replace the damage one... in total 3 spots of damage done to my new sofa after a repair to look new.....
