When I first started planning my wedding, I knew I wanted an epic travel-themed chocolate cake made with artisinal craft chocolate. It was such a unique request that I didn't know how I'd ever find someone who could pull it off. Enter May and her amazing enthusiasm for the project. She sketched a concept that was exactly what we had in mind, tested several recipes with the different chocolate varieties, and came up with a cake that was as beautiful as it was delicious.
