    Do yourself a favor and avoid this company! they are shameless!!! 0 in after sale service. Installed new gutters with them in 2 houses last year on June/July 2022. In one house: - Reported a problem of negative slop on the day of the installation, so water don't drain properly, No one came to check for till now. Second House:- Gutters broke last Week, on April 2023, Hanging and damaging the house and the neighbor's house. Called them and a lady answered first time she asked to send a picture. I sent a picture and they replied by e-mail that it broke due to an accumulation of ice and its not covered, just like that, without even checking on site, without any evidence or reasoning, without offering assistance to remove the broken piece so it stops damaging the house... All this happen in April (not in the winter) less than a year post the installation. I have checked the entire area, Hundred of houses, condo associations (of townhouses) Nothing....Gutters installed properly were not affected at all by ICE during the Month of April. Called more than 10 times, no one pick up the phone. Sent many e-mails asking for a call back,,, Nothing, only reply by e-mail that the owner is in line that its not covered by Warranty. Called to other gutters company which helped me cut the hanging piece, (because LM Landry did not even offer that first aid). They said the screws of the hangers broke (as you can see in the picture) because they were spaced too far apart, hence the fallen piece . In our weather they should be spaces 1 feet apart, and absolutely not more than 18 inch apart, on the fallen piece it was 2 feet apart as seen in the pic. I will definitely take them to Court because someone need to stop them....Totally shameless and disgusting.

Toujours des dlais supplmentaires pour 1000 et une raisons. Par contre ct facturation sont rapides, facturent avant mme davoir fini la job, et font des suivis aux 48 heures.
