Horrible place, left a deposit for tires and they didnt want to release them to me and when I told them I was buying them elsewhere they suddenly offered to deliver them to me however I had already purchased them elsewhere. STAY AWAY from these guys, theyre awful and the hang up on there customers and then send you to voicemail when you call back. On top, the owner Guillaume didnt wanna refund me for the deposit I made for tires I purchased through them, he wanted to charge me a restocking fee which I was never told about and then hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE, THERE IS OTHER PLACES CLOSE BY THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS

Very disappointed (Original) Voici mon exprience: Je suis arriv Ok Pneu dans la matine du 30 Novembre. Je suis venu dans le but dinstaller mes pneus dhiver qui sont des pneus Good Year neuf. Durant linstallation, ils mont appel pour me montrer quil y avait une fissure dans mon pneu neuf. Aprs confirmation de ltat des pneus avant mon arriv (intacte), je suis all voir la rceptionniste pour faire part de ma situation. Malheureusement, elle a eu comme raction de me rire en pleine face. Jai faite part de mon mcontentement face la raction de la rceptionniste, mais quand mme poursuivi la situation puisque mon pneu est maintenant bris. Nous navons pas t mesure arriver un arrangement finalement. Alors, jai demand la rceptionniste daccder une personne en charge de la place. Par la suite, un membre du personnel au nom de Guillaume ma appel dans lobjectif de rsoudre le problme. Malheureusement, ce ne ft aucunement le cas. Ds le dbut de lappel, il ma qualifi dun client difficile, malgr le fait que je nai jamais manqu aucun de respect son quipe. Par la suite, il ma inform que jtais officiellement banni de la place et que je ntais pas la bienvenue. Malgr tout, jessai de trouver une solution pour dterminer si mes pneus ont bel et bien t endommag la suite de mon arriv. Je tiens prciser quil y a des camras et quune simple visualisation de 5 minutes aurait t suffisant pour avoir nos rponses. Malheureusement, Il na pas voulu adresser la situation avec moi et il ma inform quil allait faire un dossier pour ses avocats et que si je voulais tre en mesure davoir des rponses, je dois rentrer en contact avec ses avocats. Durant la soire de cette journe, jai reu une panoplie de messages textes privs sur mon numro de tlphone personnel venant du numro de Guillaume, la personne qui mavait appel auparavant, me disant I see you have lots a Time to Waste in your Life maccusant davoir porter une plainte que je ne suis pas lauteur. Tout cela pour dire que mon exprience a t de loin dtre agrable. Une situation qui aurait pu tre rgler lamiable est totalement hors de contrle et je dois maintenant prendre de mon temps pour contacter les ressources ma disposition pour tre en mesure dobtenir des rponses qui aurait pu tre obtenu si professionnaliste aurait t prsent.
