Amazing experience! I am so thankful with this dealership! Julie and all the staff treated us so kindly and they were so attentive! We were on a roadtrip our car broke down and the closest place was this one, they were so happy to have us and fixed our problems right away! They got us coffee and water and where checking on us often so we knew we were taken care of. Im so happy we bought our car in VW and even thought we live in toronto I would definitely come back to this dealership in the future because this has been the best customer service we have received!

J'ai dpens 500 pices de mon premier jours et j'ai dis ce pas grave ce ma faute je pas mon inspection personnelle avant de l'acheter. Aprs 10 jours aucune lumire qui s'allume heureusement sauf la lumire de break. A ce moment l j'ai lui appel pour annuler l'achat de cette auto et ce moment l j'ai rencontr le mauvaise face des gens qui travaillent l-bas. Directement ils ont me dis ce trop tard tu acheter maintenant et ont peut rien faire pour toi sauf qu'on vas te rpar le panne gratuitement et ce pas plaisir parce que l'auto encore couvert par la garantie de volkswagen. Et en plus on as te vend une bonne auto biensur avec des disques freins finis. L'histoire ne pas finis encore parce-que aprs presque un ans et demi biensur aprs que la garantie finis l'auto a fait chek-engine et aprs chaque remplissage de gaz l'auto demarre difficilement et en fin chaque anne je suis oblig de changer presque les lampes du lumire avant et arrire. Avec tous ces dfauts je ne peux pas le vendre parce que je ne veux pas qu'elle qu'un d'autre si je ne l'avise pas tts ces dfauts. Et si je rclame tts ces dfauts sur l'annonce de vente personne il va l'acheter. Et voil en fin toute mon exprience avec ce concessionnaire.
