This has been my third time in the ER at this hospital and the worst experience ever. I went because I have spent 3 weeks with pain all over my body (like arthritis pain), I could not sleep well, feel weak, lost my appetite. I have these symptoms after Covid and because do not have spleen in those situations I worry a lot. As a family doctor could not attend me and I decided to go to the emergency. The first thing Dr. Sara El Jaouhary told me with a very rude attitude was that my case was not urgent and asked me what I expected from her to do.... WOW! My answer was that I was not feeling well and I came to see a doctor to find out what is happening to me because I am not a doctor. She was rude the whole time and made me cry. I've felt super lost and confused.I'm supposed to solve my health problem even I'm not a doctor ? She prescribed a muscle relaxant and that was it even though this medicine is not for arthritis pains. Finally I went to my family doctor I asked him to please see me because I could not stand the pain and my case was not urgent according to Dr. Sara El Jaouhary R29255 after checking me he says that these symptoms can occur after Covid it can be symptoms that last a week a month or years, he sent me medicine and I have been feeling better for two days. These situations make me really sad because when you are sick you are vulnerable and it is not fair that a doctor like Sara El Jaouhary has a rude and zero empathy attitude.Also, she waits for patientes to solve their Health problems.

Omg, can't believe that my Fiance and I waited in the waiting room for like 6hrs just to have my toe looked at, then until I got called in. Then the doctor said that she couldn't do surgery on my toe, so she told me to soak my toe like 2-3 times a day, like I needed my tie to be done cause I can't take it anymore, like it's sore to walk on and everything. So I'm giving this hospital a rating out of 1.

Amazing experience!! I was triaged within 10 minutes of arriving, seen by a doctor within 45 minutes of being triaged, assessed, x-rayed, diagnosed and given a prescription within 1.5 hours of being seen. The medical staff are very kind and professional, I could not be more pleased with my visit here.
