        When they took appointments on call, the health care service was way better !!! Now you have to call this new number they provide you with that is completely useless !!! They never pickup, you always have to leave a voicemail and they only return your phone call when they have time. The service went from 10 to a major 0 !!! Not impressed by the lack of commitment.

        I absolutely love the service and the doctors at this! Twice now once in September and just last week, I end up getting an appointment within 48 hours when I call. Both times the doctors were absolutely knowledgeable and able to help me. Most definitely will go there when needed

        I would like to thank the Lotus Clinic and especially Dre. Genevieve Smith for their patience and the kind and courteous visit. I booked an appointment for my father as that was the only opening I had seen for weeks. They were understanding when I was a bit late and gave good medical advice to my father and I.
