        My contractor (building us a new house) recommended this business. Web site was super easy to navigate. Choice of size, etc, made foolproof by providing summaries of installed dimensions for each choice of size. Shipping was rapid, and free of charge. Numbers are professional-looking, flawless manufacturing. Installation kit and instructions simple to use. Packing was superb, in a great box with padding on top of the product's smaller box. Nice little touch with a hand-drawn smiley face and 'merci' from the person who inspected our order and shipped it. Overall, a superb customer experience.
