        Terrible service. The tables, cashier counter and floors are very dirty. I asked for a towel to wash the table myself and she said she didn't lend it, so I asked her to wash it and told me she only washes the tables at the end of the day. daytime.

        If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The guy who works there all the time is so unpleasant and rude, he makes everyone uncomfortable and always tells us he can't make anything (what are you doing behind the counter if you can't do anything???). The wait is also ridiculous. Sometimes, I'm the only person in line and I still have to wait 15 minutes for a coffee. Most of the times, they don't have sugar, or ice, or cream, or even coffee... Please send a real manager there to fix these problems.

        The dirtiest Tim Hortons I've seen, the machines dusty and many of which didn't work. Half of the menu unavailable and unable to accommodate. The breads were not fresh (hard as a rock) the coffee was terrible which should not be the case at Tim's! The service was not at all professional, with each order the cashier asked his colleague "do we have any", "is the machine working?" Long wait. Really not like the Tims.
