My experience with World Gym Sherbrooke was terrible. Their management staff is terrible and the cost to cancel a membership is extremely high. Not to mention, even though I cancelled my membership they continued to charge my card every month and I had to call to get it stopped. Avoid at all costs!

Le gym est idalement situ et bien quip, offrant une piscine, un jacuzzi et un sauna pour une exprience complte. Depuis que je suis la, j'ai vu un grand roulement dans le personnel de l'accueil mais je dois dire que a s'est amlior rcemment. Skou la rception est toujours souriant, amical et prt aider. Son attitude accueillante est grandement apprcie. De plus, Jean-Pierre, responsable de la maintenance, mrite des loges. Il veille ce que toutes les installations fonctionnent correctement. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme sont galement trs apprcis. Cependant, il y a quelques aspects ngatifs prendre en compte. Les horaires restreints du sauna et de la piscine en semaine peuvent tre frustrants pour les utilisateurs rguliers. De plus, la prsence de camras dans les vestiaires est inutile et manque de respect envers la vie prive des membres. Malgr ces inconvnients, je recommande vivement le World Gym Sherbrooke. L'emplacement pratique, les installations bien quipes et le personnel amical en font un bon choix pour tous . J'espre que la direction pourra prendre en considration les commentaires des membres d'amliorer ces aspects et d'offrir une exprience encore meilleure l'avenir.

Nice place for cardio but the weight lifting area is way too small with everyone stepping over one another. Similar problem with locker rooms. So I just go for the tredmills now. Victim of their success I guess: lots of members but not enough space.
