Elle m'envoie une 2e facture o apparat encore un problme. la 3e, c'tait bon mais on me chargeait 50% de ma facture habituelle. J'ai trouv a abusif quand on pense que je ne voulais pas que la prpose risque d'tre contamine en venant chez moi. Finalement, on a eu une conversation tlphonique o le ton de madame a mont et qu'elle a manqu de politesse en disant entre autre " que mme si j'tais morte, elle enverrait la facture mes bnficiaires". ce moment l, j'ai mis un terme mon contrat pour services sous le standard, service clientle impolie et facturation abusives (entre autres). Elle m'envoi donc une facture pour le service annul, et 2 services complets supplmentaires tant donn que la clause d'annulation de leur contrat est de 30 jours d'avis. Je faisais faire mon mnage aux 2 semaines donc un mois quivaut deux services pour le commun des mortels non? Et bien non! Pas pour Mme St-Onge. Elle se permet, en plus de savoir que j'ai eu deux mnages mal faits que j'ai pays plein prix, de me charger le mnage de la 29e journe. 120$/2heures.
