I had struggled with chronic lower back pain and was not able to make any improvements with massage therapy or physical therapy. A friend had recommended Amelia so I booked in with her and since being under her care I have made huge progress with my lower back and my entire body. Amelia is so incredibly knowledgeable about the human body. She also provides straight forward exercises to do at home so as to continue the recovery journey.
