Mauvaise exprience client. Le personnel au laboratoire n'est jamais souriant l'accueil et la caisse et mme au tlphone ca se ressent . Chaque fois j'appelle ou me prsente sur place ils me font sentir comme si je drangeait et me rpondent des commentaires sous entendant... plusieurs erreurs de facturation et rponses ordinaire des techniciennes ( je suis peut-tre cliente mais j'ai dj travaill 15 ans dans le domaine ont m'en passera pas une petite vite ) transfert venir pour ma part , trs du de mon exprience .
