Pag : l'ajout de 4 salles de toilettes manquantes, l'ajout du cot des ouvertures (7 portes-fentres, 22 fentres et 7 portes d'entre) n'apparaissant nulle part dans les calculs et l'ajout de 3 remises manquantes. M. Pag, nous a fait parvenir le rapport corrig le 14 fvrier 2022. Il a corrig le narratif du rapport pour ajouter les items manquants et plutt que de rviser le calcul du cot de reconstruction la hausse pour considrer ces items, il a gard le mme montant et a enlev du rapport l'Annexe 1 - Cots dtaills , en consquence le montant valu est insuffisant. En conclusion, aprs 10 mois de retard et avoir t pay, nous avons obtenu de M. Pag, une estimation de cot incomplte et inadquate en rapport au mandat sign.
