Gather's all your personal information, runs a credit check, then unprofessionally forget's to send the lease. I sent rent for the first month right after our meeting where we verbally agreed the apartment was mine only for them to turn around a week later and say they rented to another person. DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!!!! Diane is an absolute nightmare to do business with, left me without a place to stay and wouldn't even try to help me find another place. Even hung up on me when I was explaining how she left me screwed.
