Very poor customer service experience. I have ordered 2 weeks ago and no follow up on my order. I left emails, voice messages, no response what so ever. I feel scammed and after reading several of the reviews it seems like an ongoing thing. Of course, they took payment from day 1!! At the very least I am expecting a response for the status of my order and have the option of cancelling for a refund like all other online companies I dealt with! The worse part is they seem to be getting away with it without action taken from them. I hope paypal will be able to help me at least.

I order on November 8th and I haven't receive any tracking number and they don't answer the phone. I left voice mails, send emails and nothing. They email me asking to review their company services when they haven't at least send a tracking number. I don't think is a real company. I really needed my homeopathic products, and I didn't want to buy from amazon because I though it would be better to buy from a Canadian company.

I placed my order two weeks ago. It has not shipped and there has been no further communication. I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering with Easy-Pharma. I do not recommend this company. Edit: One month after ordering and one day after filing a complaint with PayPal, I received a notice of shipmentof half the items ordered. We shall see what shows up and when.

I have been waiting two weeks and it has still not even shipped. I have called and emailed for a refund, and no one has answered. Its sad that Ive had to leave a bad review to get your attention. Please refund me. This feels like a huge scam. Edit: It took two months but I got my package.
