Customer service center looks like an afterthought. The dude who jumped off his forklift to serve me was superb though! It is a warehouse. They still haven't installed a community mailbox on my street. It's been 6 weeks! Yikes!

C'est vraiment frustrant et il n'y a rien faire sauf se plaindre l'Ombudsman... J'attends encore pour mes nouvelles cls pour la nouvelle bote postale qu'ils ont chang il y a 3 semaines sans me le dire! Aussi c'est fchant que lorsqu'ils font des erreurs, aucune excuse, je dois prendre le temps de venir chercher mes cls, chaque fois 40min d'auto, je dois payer l'essence, ils ne veulent mme pas les livrer ma porte. Des heures et des heures de ma vie juste pour avoir accs ma poste...!
